Silvia Alsina has been working in the world of communication, marketing, events and institutional relations for 30 years. She has spent her entire career as a communications expert at Roman, where she has been managing director since 2012. She is currently president and CEO of the company, as well as a member of the advisory boards of various entities such as Foment, AED, Blum Company, and others focused on promoting Barcelona (Barcelona Futur and Barcelona Activa).
In Roman she has been the architect of the agency being named the first Spanish communication consultancy to receive the B Corp seal and of the agreement with La Casa de Carlota (a design and branding studio with creatives with Down syndrome, autism or schizophrenia recognised by the UN, for being a model of innovation and social impact unique in the world).
