Why soil?

In addition to providing food, soil is vital for life on Earth, according to MHN researchers, such as filtering pollutants, preventing floods or mitigating climate change, among others. Soil must be healthy and organically rich to regenerate the planet

According to the UN, 74% of the soil in southern Europe has a very low organic content and estimates that we could have agricultural soil for 80 to 100 more crops.
