Santi Agustí

Project Manager

A civil engineer from the UPC and a graduate in economics from the UB, he has professional experience in the construction sector, both in the design and execution of civil works and in the implementation of BIM methodology in projects. As a project manager, he has led the design of major railway projects and participated in the preparation of tenders for national and international projects.

In 2023, he decided to focus entirely on the family farm to plan and initiate its transformation into a viable, collaborative and resilient model, incorporating regenerative agricultural practices, sustainable forestry and holistic animal husbandry. He complements this period with the Master in Regenerative Agriculture 360 taught by the Regen Academy and participates in numerous technical conferences and development programmes in the primary sector, such as the Regen Hub.

Santi brings a multidisciplinary vision to the projects and is able to critically analyse the needs and conditioning factors in order to design the most appropriate proposals for their implementation and monitoring.
