Jose María Ortiz, Executive Chairman of Nactiva, has over 25 years’ experience in promoting projects that generate economic, social and environmental impact. He has developed his career in the fields of business, investment and sustainable development, and is a strong advocate of using capital as a tool to provide long-lasting solutions to socio-economic challenges.
Prior to joining Nactiva, José María held international leadership positions at Palladium, eventually becoming CEO. He has gained professional experience working in international environments, developing specialised knowledge of Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and India.
Having studied at ESADE Business School and McGill University, he combines a global and strategic vision with experience in implementing nature regeneration projects that generate a positive impact.
