Clara Navarro is co-founder of the Ship2B Foundation, dedicated to accelerating the impact economy by working with impact start-ups, investors, foundations and companies. She works to transform the way business and investment decisions are made in order to optimise the return – risk – impact trinomial, and is a firm believer that companies can help solve the biggest social challenges through profitable business models. She sits on several boards and councils (Spanish Association of Foundations, Barcelona Global, Aguas de Barcelona…). Clara started her career as a consultant for McKinsey & Company in Madrid and London, then specialised in sustainable economy and climate change. Since 2010, she has taught and researched on social entrepreneurship at ESADE, Universittà Bocconi in Milan and the University of Barcelona. She holds a degree in Business Administration and an MBA from ESADE, a Master in International Management (MIM) from CEMS, and a Master in Environment and Development from the London School of Economics. In 2019 she was awarded the Social Entrepreneur of the Year Award by the FIDEM Foundation.
