Isabel Parellada is the director of the migranodearena foundation, a social crowdfunding platform that aims to boost the social and sustainable action of companies and bring solidarity closer to citizens.
Isabel leads the migranodearena project with the aim of being the driving force behind the digitalisation of the third sector through the promotion of social innovation of those entities that work for the most vulnerable groups, as well as promoting effective actions for the conservation of the environment. Isabel is a person with a warm mind and a warm heart, firmly convinced that with perseverance and enthusiasm, great changes can be achieved. With a degree in Business Administration from Pompeu Fabra University, she began her professional career in the world of finance at Merrill Lynch Investment Bank. With the desire to have a positive impact on society and especially on the lives of the most vulnerable through her work, she took a postgraduate course in NGO Management at ESADE, as well as a postgraduate course in Fundraising at the University of Barcelona. She has collaborated in different cooperation projects, in financial management and communication until she joined the migranodearena foundation team in 2019.
