Alex Rivera is the founder of vimet, a sustainability consultancy dedicated to helping companies incorporate and improve their sustainability, through a cycle of continuous improvement. He is convinced that the positive impact and the long term will be decisive in facing the global sustainability challenges that lie ahead. Alex has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Barcelona and an MBA from ESADE Business School. He began his professional career as a consultant at SPONSOR (formerly Palladium). He has developed his entire professional career in the professional services sector. In addition to his experience in various stages as a consultant, he was the manager of INDESCAT, a cluster in the sports sector in Catalunya, aimed at boosting its competitiveness. Alex also has experience in accompanying entrepreneurs, as a mentor in the definition and implementation of their Business Plans, and collaborates as a trainer in B Corp programs in Spain.
