Public Sector and Digital Transformation Partner at Grant Thornton

More than 15 years of experience providing advisory services in the areas of Public Funding (national, European and multilateral), digital transformation of public and private entities, sustainable development, strategic innovation, change management and training in innovation models and public funding. He has been involved in different projects as an expert advisor in the design and implementation of management office models and promotion of R&D&I innovation, public and private funding models and exploitation models for private organisations. He has participated in the development of Public Fundraising Offices and R&D&I project management for public organisations, such as Seville City Council and Malaga City Council. He has given several courses and seminars on European Funding (e.g.: Innovation in Administration -INAP) and strategic innovation. Coordinator of European proposals and projects in the area of SmartCities, tourism, energy, security, sustainability and education.

Between 2008 and 2013 he worked in the consulting firm Everis as manager of innovation and business as responsible for the definition, development and implementation of the area responsible for obtaining both national and international funding for the development of R+D+i projects, continuing in Ersnt & Young for 7 years and currently being a Partner at Grant Thornton in the Public Sector, leading Project Management Offices.
